Transport.
Buses from Oslo and the Airport Bus from Gardermoen go to both Quality Hotel (Lekevollkrysset E6) and Scandic Hotel (Sarpsborg bus terminal).A few minutes walk from the bus to the hotel.

Bus from Quality Hotel to Sandbakkenhallen.
Bus route 12 goes from "Borgbygget" to Sandbakken School. "Borgbygget" bus stop is located just outside Coop Xtra, which is opposite Quality Hotel. From Sandbakken School, it's a 2-minute walk to Sandbakkenhallen.
